Kassandra Enterprises is a Greek private company (I.K.E.). We run two complementary activities from one small, owner-managed business: residential lettings and management consulting.
Both rest on the same habits. We keep things in good order, we say plainly what we will do, and we follow through. Tenants deal directly with the people who own and look after their home. Clients work directly with the people who do the work.
How we work
- Directly. There are no agents or layers in between, so your questions reach someone who can answer them.
- In writing. Terms, scope and fees are set out clearly before a tenancy or an engagement starts.
- For the long term. We prefer tenants who stay and clients who come back, and we act accordingly.
